Who I AM
My journey as an adventure specialist is a testament to an unbreakable bond with nature and a relentless drive to share the profound lessons and transformative experiences that Mother Nature so generously offers. What began as a hobby nearly 17 years ago—spending weekends scaling cliffs, hiking trails, and learning the art of survival—quickly became much more. It became a fire within me, one that couldn’t be extinguished and ultimately transformed into my life’s calling.
In those early days, I didn’t just learn skills; I built resilience. Climbing taught me to overcome fear, hiking revealed the beauty of persistence, and survival training showed me the power of preparation and courage. These lessons became my foundation, shaping the way I approached every challenge, whether deep in the wilderness or navigating life’s complexities.
Nature has always been my sanctuary and my greatest teacher. Every trail I hiked, every peak I climbed, and every moment I spent under the stars taught me something profound. I learned that true strength lies not in avoiding challenges but in embracing them, that growth comes from pushing beyond comfort zones, and that the simplest moments—like a sunrise at the summit—can hold the deepest meaning.
Over the years, I’ve poured my heart and soul into sharing these experiences with others. Whether leading a group through rugged terrain, teaching survival skills, or creating tailored adventure itineraries, I’ve sought to inspire others to see the world—and themselves—in a new light. It’s not just about the adventure; it’s about discovering the courage, resilience, and wonder that lie within us all.
This journey has shaped me into who I am today: someone deeply connected to nature, passionate about guiding others, and committed to leaving a positive impact. Safety is paramount in my approach, as I rigorously assess itineraries and equipment, utilize GPS technology for navigation, and equip participants with essential first aid and survival skills. These efforts go beyond mere professionalism; they reflect my sincere dedication to providing transformative and enriching experiences for every individual and team I have the privilege to serve.
Queen of Jordan
Embarking on the Jordan trail alongside Queen of Jordan "Rania" was a transformative journey that led me to the heart of hospitality. I had the privilege of serving as an operations manager at Feynan Eco Lodge, a place lauded by National Geographic. My path then took me to Upstate NY and later to the enchanting shores of Hawaii, where I began anew with BMW /MINI OF HAWAII, starting from the ground up as a detailer, sales consultant, and, most importantly, a steward of exceptional customer service.
Through these experiences, I discovered a profound passion for connecting with people and ensuring their satisfaction. I realized that my devotion lies not just in my profession but in the enduring commitment I hold to the art of customer service.

My Journey In HAWAII
Arriving in Hawaii felt like stepping into a dream sunlit beaches, rolling waves, and a world of endless possibility. But dreams alone don’t pay the bills, and I found myself walking back from the beach one afternoon, searching for something more. Dressed in a simple white tank top, beach shorts, and flip-flops, I wandered into the MINI of Hawaii store, unaware that this moment would change my life forever.
The store buzzed with energy, and I felt out of place, a stranger in an unfamiliar land. Then, I saw him. Joe. His smile radiated warmth that seemed to melt away my doubts and fears. Though we barely knew each other, his kindness made me feel seen, like I mattered. I introduced myself—Sanad, a newcomer to Hawaii in search of opportunities. He listened intently, his expression never wavering, even as I nervously apologized for my casual, beach worn attire.
Joe, the store manager, didn’t judge me by my flip-flops or tank top. Instead, he looked beyond the surface and saw someone eager to try, to work, to belong. other manager shows up his name is Jeff, and he said : You’re standing in one of the biggest companies in the nation, he said with a knowing smile. I didn’t fully understand the weight of his words then, but I would come to.
Joe invited me to meet him again in a few days. and to send an official email. and here is my official email

I've been working as an operations and facilities manager in the travel industry and working with cars (auto rescue and repairs) on the side, so when we recently relocated to the U.S. Cars career I really want to pursue, . I love doing all things auto-related. I mean, I'd probably just sleep in a car lot, sweet dreamin' amongst all the vehicles if that was socially acceptable.

my phone RINGS!! the call came, I arrived dressed to impress, ready to prove my worth. I was nervous, yes, but I was also determined. During our meeting, Joe admitted there were no immediate openings, but he wanted to help me anyway. He offered me a position as a lot technician/detailer—a starting point, he called it. To me, it wasn’t just a job; it was a lifeline.
Joe became more than a boss he became my guide, I knew deep inside he needs his own time to open up with people but that did not stopped me I see Joe my savior.
During the COVID-19 lockdown, when the world felt like it was crumbling, Joe noticed my unwavering commitment. I showed up every day, ready to help in any way I could, and Joe, in turn, showed up for me. He saw something in me that I hadn’t yet seen in myself and this was a huge turning point when someone at the other half of the planet see something in you that you hadn’t yet seen in Yourself!
One day, he asked if I would consider stepping into an inventory specialist role. I hesitated I had no experience, no knowledge of how to succeed in such a position. But Joe believed in me. ’ll train you,” he said, he did trained me him self his confidence in me unshakable. Step by step, he guided me, teaching me not just skills but lessons that would resonate far beyond the workplace.
When I mastered the inventory role, my hunger for growth led me back to Joe’s office. What’s next? I asked, eager but unsure? Joe smiled, that same warm smile, and said very confidently, Sales. I laughed nervously, overwhelmed at the thought of stepping into such a big role.
But Joe didn’t flinch. He told me I could do it. He told me I was ready. And because of him, I believed it too.
Selling, I learned, wasn’t just about cars. It was about people, relationships, and trust. Joe taught me that to sell anything, you must first sell yourself. He showed me how to stand tall, how to speak with conviction, and how to connect with others in ways that mattered.
MINI of Hawaii became more than a job; it became a family. Joe fostered an environment of support and growth, a place where I could fail, learn, and ultimately thrive. He saw potential in me that I never imagined and gave me opportunities I didn’t dare dream of.
One day, my great friend and coworker, Matt Matteratzzi, and I filmed a video that was more of a drifting stunt than an ad. , and we used one of the company cars.
When Joe saw the video, my heart dropped. I was sure I was getting fired. My hands shook as I stood in his office, waiting for the inevitable. Then, to my utter shock, Joe sent the video to his boss. At that moment, I froze. This was it. My career was over.
But instead of the anger I feared, Joe burst out laughing. He loved it! He praised the creativity and excitement we brought to the company. That day, Matt and I walked out of that office not just relieved but inspired.

In ads? while I'm writing this I'm getting emotional also The thought was terrifying, but Joe’s belief in me was unshakable. And so, I did it. I stepped in front of the camera, drawing courage from the man who stood behind me every step of the way.
Joe isn’t just a mentor he’s my savior. When the world felt cold and indifferent, he opened a door and let me in. He guided me through my darkest times and stood by me as I rebuilt my life, one step at a time. His belief in me changed the trajectory of my life, giving me not just a career but a purpose.
I owe so much to Joe, not just for what he did but for who he is. A man who saw me when I couldn’t see myself. A man who became my role model, my anchor, honestly because of Joe, I am where I am today. And because of Joe, I know I can go even further.
Wide open arms
I hope that one day, in a quiet corner, as the rain slides gently along the glass, you think of me. Maybe years will have passed by then, and the memory of me will arrive like a whisper, soft and fleeting. And as quickly as it comes, I hope you let it slip away. Because we both know I’m better off on that day.
These scars I wear now, I carry them with pride. They’re not just marks of pain; they’re proof that I once walked through flames that nearly consumed me. The past few years have taken parts of me I thought I’d never lose, in ways I could never have foreseen. I stood on the line between life and death, knowing each step forward could break me. And it did. It changed me
But that change brought something new. It made me more mature, more appreciative, and it taught me to value friendship in ways I never had before. Not just the surface-level kind, but the kind that holds you steady when the world spins out of control.
Matt. His name is Matt, and he was that kind of friend. When every door closed in my face, he stood there with open arms, waiting. Just knowing someone was there that someone believed I could keep going when I was too close to gave up was more than enough.
In fact I'm not a kind that I would gave up easily however
It wasn’t that I was weak back then; I wasn’t. But taking hit after hit in such a short time broke something in me. And Matt helped me piece it back together step by step.
I remember the turning point. It was when I read The 5 Love Languages. That book opened my eyes to how I connect with people, and it made me see how much Matt had given me in his own quiet way. He didn’t just stand by me; he spoke the language of care, of understanding, of patience, He knew my own language
Some people come into your life and leave without a trace, their faces and names fading like mist. But then there are those who leave marks—scars, yes but also imprints so deep they become a part of who you are. Matt is one of those people.
Some people they would get close to your life but you never remember them however sometimes you would meet people and they stick with you as a life scar till the day you die.
I remember my self at the beach in Hawaii alone and Matt came to the beach, his present opened up my chest, so he stood while I was sitting on the sand looking at the sunset.
Matt's words: Sanad when people treat like they don’t care, believe them, let them be right if that's what's they need, Let them Win.
In fact you won the battle by being silence.

As a Motoring Advisor at MINI of HAWAII / BMW GROUP from 2021 to 2023, my role went beyond converting showroom visitors into customers; it was about understanding their deepest needs and desires, matching them with the perfect car, and forging genuine connections that extended far beyond the transaction. I approached each interaction as a critical thinker and creative problem solver, diving deep into the characteristics, capabilities, and features of our products to provide personalized and detailed information to potential customers. Building trust and rapport was key, as I aimed to improve the likelihood of future sales through meaningful relationships. Managing a customer database and facilitating the necessary paperwork for successful transactions became second nature, all while maintaining meticulous records and reporting structures on our CRM software. Collaborating with my team to exceed sales targets and achieve bonuses, often earning the title of Top Sales, was both a source of pride and motivation. Additionally, I took pride in assisting with the setup of showroom displays, ensuring our promotional efforts were captivating and engaging. This role wasn't just about selling cars; it was about connecting with people, making dreams come true, and leaving a lasting impact in the world of automotive excellence.

Working as a lot attendant/detailer at MINI OF HAWAII / BMW GROUP was a profound experience, filled with dedication and pride. Each day, I meticulously cleaned and detailed vehicles, ensuring they were flawless and ready for their new owners. Beyond the surface, I inspected for damages, assisted vendors, managed shipping logistics, and organized the lot with precision. Transitioning to an inventory specialist/photographer added a creative flair to my responsibilities. I delved into inventory reports, built relationships with vendors, and captured the essence of each vehicle through captivating photography and accurate descriptions. As a Motoring Advisor, my role evolved into a passionate pursuit of converting showroom visitors into lifelong repeated customers. I became a critical thinker, providing detailed information about our products and building strong rapport with potential buyers. Collaborating with my team to exceed sales targets and create memorable experiences became my daily mission, fueled by a deep love for the automotive industry and the joy of helping people find their perfect vehicle
